This fee covers
1 (50-60 minute) therapy session either in-person
or via telecounselling
(phone or video)
plus the admin time.
Between Session Contact
Consults $40.00/20min
Emails $1.00/min
Phone Calls $1.00/min
The consult fee covers conversations with other members of the client's support team
(i.e. teachers, guidance counsellors, doctors, etc.)
as well as each minute
of time for phone calls and email conversations between sessions that last more than
15 minutes
Documentation
Letters $80.00/30 min
Reports $80.00/30 min
This fee covers any
requested letter or report
from therapist.
Typically Letters take
30-60 minutes and Reports take 1-2 hours.
Late Cancellation and Missed Session Fees are half the session rate for the first occurrence and the full rate for subsequent occurrences. Please provide 24 hours notice to avoid these fees.
All fees are payable to Megan Funk on the same day services are provided
by cash, cheque, or etransfer
